Established Chimney Sweep provides professional chimney cleaning, inspection, repair, and maintenance services. All services are performed by trained and certified technicians in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
3. Service Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window. If we need to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours notice. Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid potential cancellation fees.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is provided as an estimate and may vary based on the actual condition of your chimney and scope of work required. Final pricing will be communicated before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to: (a) provide safe and reasonable access to the chimney and work areas; (b) disclose any known hazards or special conditions; (c) ensure pets are secured during service; (d) remove valuable or fragile items from work areas; (e) provide accurate contact information for scheduling and communication.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you experience issues related to our service within 30 days of completion, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we carry comprehensive insurance and take every precaution, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects discovered during service, or consequential damages. We recommend regular maintenance to prevent major issues.
8. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent situations. Emergency service rates may differ from standard rates due to the immediate response required. In true emergencies involving active fires, please contact 911 before calling us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Established Chimney Sweep and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, in accordance with Texas law.
